Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are the perfect present to give any time of the year, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Valentines day, Easter, and especially Christmas, with no expiry date.

Special Requests
If you have any requirements please advise at the time of booking, whether its
diet requirements or walk in shower, all hotels have only a limited walk in showers
in their rooms, or maybe you like to be closer to the lift, or your room next to a friend's room please let us know at the time of your booking.

 

Terms & Conditions

Due to circumstances beyond our control we MUST implement the following conditions.

​

Group Bookings must be cancelled with the hotel 6 weeks before the departure date.
Some customers feel they can cancel within this time frame and get a full refund,
but this practise can’t go on as we are suffering cancelation fees from the hotels and
restaraunts which have been paid in advance at the time of booking.

Private Bookings are allowed in most hotels to cancel within 48 hours but this rule does not apply to group bookings, as we must adhere to the hotel's terms and conditions,
The reason for these conditions are if we cancel within the time frame the hotel may find it difficult to fill the cancelled rooms left by the cancellation, and likewise JJ Travel will also find it hard to fill the space at our end because of the short notice cancellation.

 

Payment Details
No deposit on day trips as full payment must be made at the time of booking.
A non refundable deposit of €100 per person is required on all other tours at the time
of booking and balance to be paid 7 weeks before date of departure,
we trust all our customers will understand our situation.
